I was going to suggest this idea of a shy, young couple to a fellow artist and thought, "Why don't I just do it?" I spent a lot of time carving the female figure, getting her arms and bashful posture just right. When you push the button, she swivels her foot and the boy raises his arm to present her with flowers. This piece took approx 100 hours to make and is powered by a 8mm camera motor.
